Since 2005, Élan Pilates has offered personalized instruction built around each client’s goals, experience, and movement needs. Our peaceful, ocean-view Laguna Beach studio offers private and duet sessions, with one instructor per room.

Founder Missy Hughes brings a degree in Kinesiology and comprehensive Pilates training to an approach grounded in careful observation, precise instruction, and thoughtful exercise modifications.
